Extra Details:: DcTRAIL R1, also known as TNFRH1 and mSOB, is a GPI-anchored TNF receptor superfamily member that lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and does not induce apoptosis. No known human homolog of mouse DcTRAIL R1 is known. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml under non-reducing conditions only Immunofluorescence (IC): 8-25ug/ml using immersion fixed mouse splenocytes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
