- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:400-1:800 on acetone fixed cells. Works on paraffin embedded tissue sections. Dilute with buffer pH 7.4–7.6 to desired working volume. For extensive dilution, protein containing or other stabilizing medium should be used. Immunohistochemistry: paraffin Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
