- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:3000-1:6000 on acetone fixed cells. Does not work with paraffin embedded tissue sections. Dilute with buffer pH 7.4-7.6 to desired working volume. For extensive dilution, protein containing or other stabilizing medium should be used. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
