- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and inhibition assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:2000 for will yield a positive result with ≥0.2ug of recombinant human cytochrome P450 IA2 using alkaline phosphatase-conjugated anti-goat IgG secondary antibody. Recognizes a band (P450 1A2) in human liver microsomes. Inhibition: 10mg IgG/nmol P450. Inhibits ~80% of the ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase activity of human liver microsomes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
