- Extra Details:
- Cyclin D3 is a 37kD cell cycle regulatory protein whose expression level and nuclear/cytoplasmic distribution are tightly regulated in synchrony with the cell cycle. Cyclin D3 complexes containing Cdk4 or Cdk6 induce phosphorylation of Rb, a requirement for progression through the G1/S cell cycle transition. Human Cyclin D3 shares 95-93aa sequence identity with mouse and rat Cyclin D3, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml. BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, amd K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line Immunohistochemistry: 8-25ug/ml. Using immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue. Requires heat induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent Basic Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
