- CP2-related proteins are a family of DNA-binding transcription factors that are generally activators of transcription and expressed ubiquitously. A novel CP2 family member, CP2-Related Transcriptional Repressor-1 (CRTR-1), is expressed in a developmentally regulated fashion in vivo and acts as a direct repressor of transcription. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:250-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
