- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and RIA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:200,000. Sensitivity 5pg/well, id-50 is 50pg/well. RIA: 1:60,000. Sensitivity: 10pg/tube, 50% displacement 60pg/tube separating free and bound using ammonium sulfate 10-50% saturation. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
