Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Western Blot, though not tested, may potentially be used as an application. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml using ECL. An antibody raised against a GST-fusion has been shown to recognize ~31kD band in skin (3). ELISA: 1:100K using 50-100ng CX31 control peptide/well. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
