Extra Details:: Connexin 30.3 (Cx30.3) is expressed in the rat kidney, the theca interna and the granulose cell compartment of the porcine ovarian follicle. Mutation of the gene for Cx30. has been tied to Erythrokeratodermia Variabilis (EKV), an autosomal dominant keratinization disorder characterized by migratory erythematous lesions and fixed keratotic plaques. Mutations in Cx30.3 are also involved in hearing impairment. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 2ug/ml Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml Immunofluorescence: 2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
