Extra Details:: Factor D is a serine protease that catalyzes the initial proteolytic step in the alternative pathway of complement. Also known as adipsin, Factor D is expressed in adipose tissues at high levels. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Capture): 2-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
