- C3c is isolated and purified from pooled normal human serum.
- Format:
- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Preservative free. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile dH2O. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Indirect Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
