Extra Details:: C3c is the major fragment resulting from the C3 cleavage by C3 convertase and factor i. It is composed of an intact beta chain bound to two fragments of the alpha chain. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Indirect Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
