Extra Details:: Murine CNPase (EC 3.1.4.37) is a 47.122 kD protein (420 aa) found in myelin. This protein is expressed by oligodendrocytes of the CNS and by Schwann cells of the PNS. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1000 using 2% paraformaldehyde tissues Immunocytochemistry: 1:500-1:1000 using 2% paraformaldehyde cells Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1906 IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch I1906-10 IgY, Chicken (HRP) Rb x Ch I1906-12 IgY, Chicken (FITC) Rb x Ch I1906-14 IgY, Chicken (AP) Rb x Ch Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
