Extra Details:: hCGβ is a 165 amino acid, ~18kD hormone involved in the stimulation of steroid production essential to the maintenance of pregnancy. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: paraffin ELISA: 1:100-1:500 Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from an immunized BALB/c mouse were fused with cells of the mouse myeloma cell line P3-NS1/1-Ag 4.1.
