Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot (Tissue lysate): 1:500-1:1000 using human liver lysates Western Blot (Transfected lysate): 1:1000-1:2000 detects a band at ~21.5kD using CEACAM21 transfected 293T lysate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
