Extra Details:: Cdw78 is present on some immature and some mature B cells. Its expression is greatly increased after B cell activation in vitro. It is also found on tissue macrophages and on epithelial cells, but not on T cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes and myeloid tissues. One MAb was shown to inhibit B cell proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: To measure “activation” state of B cells Immunohistochemistry: Sections of lymphoid tissues Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
