Extra Details:: P34cdc-2 is activated and initiates the entry of cells into mitosis, where it acts to promote nuclear envelope breakdown. Expression of p34cdc-2 reflects the proliferating potential of cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:40. Microwave treatment recommended Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Positive Control: HeLa cells, tonsil or lymph node. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
