Extra Details:: CD305, also known as LAIR1 (leukocyte-associated Ig-like receptor 1), is an inhibitory receptor found on many types of peripheral blood cells. It serves to suppress cell cytotoxicity, activation, proliferation, and differentiation regarding autoantigens via its two intracellular ITIM sites. CD305 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the leukocyte-associated inhibitory receptor family of proteins. It reacts with collagen ligands. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
