- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD273 is a single-pass type 1 membrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily, and is a ligand for CD279 (PD-1). CD273 is highly expressed in the tissues of the heart, liver, lung, placenta and pancreas. It is expressed in dendritic cells, and its expression can be induced on inflammatory macrophages when activated by interleukin 4 or Th2 cells. CD273 functions to inhibit T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production, and is particularly important in the maintenance of self tolerance. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Antigen retrieval by heating in sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is required. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Positive Control Tissue (IHC): Mouse brain Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
