- Extra Details:
- The neutrophil NB1 antigen is expressed by 97% of the caucasian population. Antibodies against NB1 can be involved in neonatal alloimmune neutropenia (NAN). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells of 100ul whole blood or 1x10e6 cells in suspension Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
