- Human CD134 (OX40) is an activation-associated antigen which is predominantly expressed on activated CD4 positive cells. CD134 antigen is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family of molecules and may be involved with regulating T cell-dependent B cell proliferation and differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: Fixed cells or tissues Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Flow Cytometry Protocol: 1. 5x10e5 cultured human HPB-MLT cells were incubated for 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2515-19 at 10ug/ml. 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated for 45 minutes with 2º reagent IgG (FITC) goat anti-mouse. 3. Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. 4. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.10 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-76L: IgG1 (FITC) Pab Gt xMo I1904-79L: IgG1 (FITC) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
