- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells. Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Negative Control Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab’)2 (FITC) Pab Rb x Mo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
