Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells. Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Negative Control Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab’)2 (FITC) Pab Rb x Mo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
