Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells. Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
