- Extra Details:
- CD105 is also known as endoglin. It is a glycoprotein homodimer of 95kD subunits. CD105 is a cell surface antigen. It is expressed by endothelial cells, activated monocytes and some leukemia cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul of the optimal working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Suggested Negative Controls: I1904-78M: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3/NS1/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cell line. Source: Tissue culture supernatant Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add glycerol (40-50%) and aliquot. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
