- Human beta4 integrin, also known as CD104, is a 205kD glycoprotein. It associates with the alpha6 integrin to form the alpha6/beta4 complex. CD104 is expressed on epithelial cells, Schwann cells and various tumor cell lines. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
