- Extra Details:
- Reacts with the cell surface glycoprotein mouse CD102 (ICAM-2), a ligand for the leucocyte integrin CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1). CD102 is constitutively expressed on T cells, B cells, and at high levels on vascular endothelial cells. It is also expressed on a variety of leukocyte cell lines. The antibody blocks the interaction between ICAM-2 and LFA-1. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
