- CD101 is a 140kD homodimeric cell surface glycoprotein expressed primarily by monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD101 plays a major role in the activation of T cells by skin dendritic cells. Applications: Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assay. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Immunoprecipitation Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab')2 Rabbit anti mouse IgG: FITC F(ab')2 Rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE Recommended Secondary Reagents F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG: HRP conjugate Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
