Extra Details:: Human CD98 (4F2) is expressed on monocytes and activated cells. All cultured human cell lines tested express CD98. CD98 is thought to be an activation antigen. Functional Application: Antibody is comitogenic with soluble anti-CD2 and immobilized anti-CD3 mAbs. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
