- Human CD94 expression is restricted to natural killer (NK) cells and a small subset of T lymphocytes. CD94 is a type II membrane glycoprotein of the c-type lectin superfamily and essentially lacks a cytoplasmic tail. Functional Application: Antibody inhibits IL-2 dependent proliferation of NK cells Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
