Extra Details:: A strong immunohistochemical reaction is seen in hepatocytes, tissue macrophages, subsets of neurones and astrocytes in the central nervous system, fibroblasts, smooth muscle cells, and monocyte-derived foam cells in atherosclerotic lesions in the arterial wall. Can also be used for the characterization of a subset of myelomonocytic subtypes of chronic and acute leukemia (CD 91). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:20 Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
