Extra Details:: CD90 (Thy-1) is a glycoprotein, 112aa, which is homologous to immunoglobulin domains. C2441-53C can be coupled to sepharose 4-B and used to purify mouse Thy-1.1 and rat Thy-1 antigens. C2441-53C can also be used to study the killing of Thy-1 tumor cells with antibody-toxin conjugate. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul per 10e6 thymocytes. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
