- Extra Details:
- CD90 (25kD glycoprotein) is expressed by a subset of CD34-positive cells in the bone marrow and by prothymocytes within the thymus. CD90 is also extensively expressed within the brain. Human CD90 is homologous to rat Thy1. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice fused with mouse NS-1 myeloma cells. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
