Extra Details:: The Thy-1 antigen is found on a variety of cell types including thymocytes, neuronal cells, T-Lymphocytes (mouse), stem cells and immature B cells (rat) and connective tissue. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78Y: IgG1, Murine Negative Control (For rat tissue) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
