Extra Details:: CD90 cell surface antigen is a 25kD glycoprotein homologous to rat Thy1. The antigen is expressed by a subset of CD34+ve cells in the bone marrow and by some cells within the thymus. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen with acetone fixation. Not for use in paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Immunohistochemistry Positive Control Tissue: Human Brain, thymus Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
