Extra Details:: CD88 is expressed by peripheral blood granulocytes and monocytes. Binding of C5a to CD88 leads to cellular activation, including chemotaxis. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: X63-Ag8 myeloma cells were fused with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Negative Controls: I1904-83Y1: IgG2a Negative Control Murine (FITC) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
