- Extra Details:
- Human CD84 is a cell surface glycoprotein found on mature B lymphocytes, monocytes, and a subset of T lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml (80ul) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Flow Cytometry Protocol: 1. Five x 10e5 cultured human Raji cells were washed and preincubated 5 minutes with 20ul of 250ug/ml human IgG (To block non specific binding) after which they were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2436-10B at 10ug/ml. 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with S7973-88P, Streptavidin (PE) after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. 3. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 2.20 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/Biotin negative control at a similar concentration. Binding was 99% blocked when pre incubated 10 minutes with 20ul of 0.5mg/ml C2436-10A, CD84. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
