- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. CD 81, a 26kD cell surface antigen also known as TAPA-1 and a member of the tetraspanin family. CD81 is widely expressed on human leukocytes and appears to be involved in a variety of cellular leukocytes and appears to be involved in a variety of cellular processes, including adhesion, activation, proliferation and differentiation. The antibody is a potent CD81 reagent, induces homotypic adhesion and has powerful anti proliferative effects. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
