Extra Details:
CD80 is a 60kD member of the immunoglobulin superfamily also known as B7-1, B7, and BB1. It is expressed on antigen presenting cells and activated T and B cells, and is a ligand for CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4). CD80/CD28 interactions are important for T and B cell co-stimulation, while CD80/CD152 lead to the inhibition of T cell responses. This antibody can block the co-stimulatory activity of CD80. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
