Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagent: I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab’)2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78R: IgG1 Negative Control Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized mouse were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
