Extra Details:
CD79 beta is expressed by B cells as part of the B cell receptor complex (immunoglobulin and the CD79 alpha/beta heterodimer). Mouse CD79 beta is expressed at the cell surface of pro-B cells prior to surface immunoglobulin and is expressed throughout B cell differentiation. CD79 beta is a B cell specific marker, valuable for the detection of B cells at all maturation stages. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Source: Tissue culture supernatant Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized Armenian hamsters were fused with cell of the mouse X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line NS1 Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
