Extra Details:
CD79 beta is expressed by B cells as part of the B cell receptor complex (immunoglobulin and the CD79 alpha/beta heterodimer). Mouse CD79 beta is expressed at the cell surface of pro-B cells prior to surface immunoglobulin and is expressed throughout B cell differentiation. CD79 beta is a B cell specific marker, valuable for the detection of B cells at all maturation stages. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; Use 10ul of the recommended working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Source: Tissue culture supernatant Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized Armenian hamsters were fused with cell of the mouse X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line NS1 Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
