- Extra Details:
- CD72 is a ~86kD cell surface homodimer expressed on B lymphocytes. CD72 is expressed on early B cell precursors, through to mature activated B cells, but is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase. Use sodium citrate buffer, pH 6, for heat mediated antigen retrieval. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
