- Extra Details:
- CD71 is a 95 kD type II transmembrane protein. It is expressed on proliferating cells, reticulocytes, and brain endothelium. It is involved in the activation, proliferation, and iron metabolism of cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry:≤0.25ug to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
