Extra Details:: Human Transferrin Receptor which is expressed on proliferating lymphoblasts, majority human tumor cell lines, normal peripheral blood monocytes. Cell surface expression of transferrin receptors is correlated with relative cell growth rate of malignant and non-malignant cells. Transferrin receptors are virtually absent from resting PBLs. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/test Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
