Extra Details:: CD62P is expressed by activated platelets and endothelial cells, and plays an important role in adhesive processes between leucocytes and endothelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:50. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized CD62P knock-out mice (strain C57/B6) were fused with cells of the NS-1 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
