Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control This molecule is inducible to high levels by mitogenic lectins on lymphocytes and by IL-1 beta or IFN gamma on other cell types such as fibroblasts and endothelial cells. Detects an antigen of 90kD. Clone 84H10 has been reported to block ICAM1 mediated cellular adhesion and block binding of LFA-1 and P. falciparum to ICAM-1. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Applications: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10 Immunohistochemistry: (frozen)- 1:20-1:50 Immunoprecipitation: 5ug / 10e7 cells Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
