- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. CD49f is expressed by platelets, weakly by monocytes and by a subset of lymphocytes. CD49f is also widely expressed on epithelial tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: frozen Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Positive Control Tissue (IHC): Tonsil Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:HRP; F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG:RPE conjugate; F(ab’)2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:FITC Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
