- Human CD49b is an integrin alpha 2 subunit that forms a heterodimer with beta 1 integrin and functions as an adhesion molecule. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 30ug/ml ELISA: 10ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 25-50ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 30-40ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with Tris/EDTA, pH 9, prior to staining. Functional Assays: Require removal of sodium azide by dialysis before use. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
