- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Human CD49b is an integrin alpha 2 subunit that forms a heterodimer with beta 1 integrin and functions as an adhesion molecule. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, FLISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase. Use sodium citrate buffer, pH 6, for heat mediated antigen retrieval.
